Refund and Cancellation policy
The Lifestyle Saheli website has a “no questions asked return and refund policy”.
To return products, customers can contact the helpdesk through Chat, Phone, or email,l as in the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Product return procedure -> Our delivery personnel of the Logistics service, will pick up the product from the customers within 5 days and will contact the customer through SMS or phone.
Payment return procedure -> The money will be returned to the customer’s bank as per the chart given below from the day the customer asked for a return. We do not have COD (Cash on Delivery) options available for purchase from LifeStyle Saheli website. Here is the chart for the number of days it will take to return the money through the payment gateway to the same bank where the product was purchased.
Cancellation by Customer
- You as a customer can cancel your order anytime before the order is ‘submitted’.
- You as a customer can cancel the order after the order submission, but before receiving the product or service that is in the shipping or transit stage, then you need to call the Help Desk or visit ‘contact us’ to cancel the order. We will refund the money through the payment gateway in 10 business days to your credit/debit card or any other payment method with which you paid. We will not charge any cancellation fees.
- Following product types are NON returnable: Used or torn or dirty, Boutique, Garments, and clothes not in the same status as it was dispatched or sold
- There might be a colour difference between the product image on the website and the actual product delivered. If the colour difference is within the range of 5 to 10% then, the product will NOT be returnable.
- You as a customer can cancel the order after the order submission, but after receiving the product or service, then you need to call the helpdesk or visit ‘contact us’ to cancel the order.
- If the products delivered are damaged fully or partially, then Helpdesk will determine how much money will be refunded. The money will be returned through e-transfer or some other payment method after discussion. We will not charge any cancellation fees. The products will not be picked up by shipping companies or the helpdesk.
- If the products are not damaged and are in good condition, then Helpdesk will arrange for picking up the products through shipping companies or Helpdesk. Also, the full money through our payment gateway to your credit/debit card or any other payment method, with which you paid in 10 business days. We will not charge any cancellation fees.
Cancellation by LifeStyle Saheli Admin
Orders may be canceled by the LifeStyle Saheli Admin or HelpDesk in any of the following cases:
- If it is suspected that any fraudulent transaction by any customer, or
- If it is suspected that a customer has undertaken a transaction which defies or violates these Terms and Conditions/Terms of Use/User Agreement of using the website, or
- In case of unavailability of product(s) before or after order submission and order payment, or
- For any reason outside the control of the LifeStyle Saheli Admin including causes for delivery-related logistical difficulties, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders.
For such cancellations, the LifeStyle Saheli Admin will refund the payment, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 10 business days.
Further, while precautions are taken to ensure accuracy of product specifications, the details of a product as reflected on the Marketplace may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect product information provided to the LifeStyle Saheli Admin through a third-party seller and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the LifeStyle Saheli Admin. In such an event, the LifeStyle Saheli Admin will cancel your order and refund the money in 10 business days.
We will maintain a list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users/customers and reserve the right to deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them in the future.
Return & Refund Policy
- The LifeStyle Saheli website has a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all users who have purchased a product on the website to return the product at the time of delivery if, due to some reason, they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.
- In case you are not available at delivery to check the quality of the product(s), you may raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
- To pass feedback to the merchants to improve the services, it is mandatory to share the images of the items that you were dissatisfied with. We may take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note/ coupon instead of the value of the return products. Such credit shall be available for use against a subsequent invoice for transactions on the Marketplace.
- You may request a refund/replacement within 5 business days of delivery, for products with all original tags & packaging intact in case of any quality issues. It is also requested that a user should check if the product seal is intact (i.e. not broken) while accepting the order to avoid any kind of damage-related complaints post-delivery.
- Further, it is clarified that for appliances, electronics, and cookware products, no returns shall be accepted post 10 business days of delivery and the user should get in touch with the Brand/Manufacturer with the original invoice given at the time of delivery from the Society.
Dispute Claim
In case of any unresolvable dispute, customers can open dispute cases against
Business Partner Ratna Das Sarma and Jharna Bhattacharya of Partnership company LifeStyle Saheli with Trade Registration number 1970. They will be liable for any dispute.
